My Maui Sunset is available year round for short term rental.
2020 - 2021 Rates
Rates for April 15 to Dec 14 - $275 per night plus applicable taxes (14.42%)
Rates for Jan 6 to April 15 - $350 per night plus applicable taxes (14.42%)
Holiday Rates Dec 15 - Jan 5 - $425 per night plus applicable taxes (14.42%)
$150 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights
$200 refundable damage deposit
Our unit is in compliance with Hawaii state law in collecting applicable taxes.

Policies
Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.
Five night minimum required stay. Seven night minimum required stay during Holiday Season. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
$500 will reserve condo for desired dates. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept credit cards through PayPal and personal checks in US dollars payable through a US bank.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if cancellation is received more than 60 days from arrival. A full refund of damage deposit, cleaning fees and taxes is available if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival. A pro-rated share of rental income will be refunded if the condo is rebooked during reserved dates.
Ekolu Village is a non-smoking community. Non-smoking Unit - damage deposit will be 100% forfeited if any cleaning is needed due to non-compliance with policy.
Limited to 4 guests - children are welcome with an understanding that Ekolu's residents maintain a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
No pets allowed.
